Sydney duo dekleyn are hitting the ground running in 2021 with the announcement of a mini-national tour this March in support of their debut self-titled album presented by WILLOW ARTISTS and RAIDA ARTISTS.
Whilst 2020 was an unprecedented year full of twists and turns, dekleyn utilised the time to hone in on their songwriting and production skills by undertaking the task of producing their debut album. They wrote, produced, recorded and mixed the entire album themselves, resulting in a well-rounded offering full of infectious melodies and vibrant instrumentation that strikes a chord with all in its path.
“This album is the product of a year of hard work and many years developing our skills as songwriters and producers. It symbolises a turning point in the evolution of dekleyn and it has been a huge stepping stone toward our next phase.” – dekleyn
Having supported the likes of Confidence Man, Fergus James, CLYPSO and Fractures, numerous spins on triple J & triple J Unearthed as well as sync placements with Teen Mom 2 (MTV) and several Spotify playlist adds to ‘New Music Friday’ under their belt, dekleyn are ready to start 2021 with a bang through their first full-band shows in over a year.
