An icy Phoenix arising from the ashes of a defunct soul band, GLACIER is slow-moving, elemental & beautiful in a certain light. Originally a function of their desire to continue to make music together combined with limited opportunity to do so, their loose & improvised style became a signature, if not a philosophy. They make songs on the spot, never to be heard again & you can tell they enjoy it.
