Hailed as one of the countries best live performers of the last decade and recipient of an ARIA for Best Australian Live Act, Illy has announced his return to the stage with shows confirmed for January 2021 in Sydney.

THE SPACE BETWEEN LAUNCH SHOWS will see Illy take the stage in his hometown of Melbourne on Friday 15th January at 170 Russell, and at Factory Theatre in Sydney on Wednesday 20th January. These exclusive small capacity launch shows will see Illy – an artist who’s well versed in arena & stadium performances – play his most intimate shows in many years. Fans can expect a curated show from the genre defying artist, that will includes both new and old favourites.

These two very special shows will not only mark Illy’s return to the stage in what’s been a very challenging year for the artist community, but also coincide as a celebration for the launch of Illy’s highly anticipated sixth LP THE SPACE BETWEEN, which is set for release on January 15th.

Illy says “There was no way I wasn’t doing something to celebrate a release week that’s been such a long time coming, and I’m thrilled that that something will be playing live, and talking about the songs, with actual crowds. Bring on 2021.”
