LACHLAN MCKENZIE QUINTET
Based in Sydney since 2021, jazz trumpeter LACHLAN MCKENZIE has had the opportunity to perform & record with various local artists including James Morrison, Andrew Robertson Big Band, Michael Gordon Octet, Andrew Dickeson, Aaron Blakey, Dan Barnett Big Band, & Dave Panichi Big Band. In 2023 Lachlan toured his quartet to Osaka, Japan to perform at the 25th annual Takatsuki Jazz Street Festival & has also recently performed at leading jazz venues in Seoul, South Korea.
Along with original compositions, expect to hear music from the likes of Wynton Marsalis, Kurt Rosenwinkel & Bill Evans among others.
