Maia Jelavic is a Sydney-based alternative-folk artist whose music weaves intricate storytelling with raw emotional depth. A sought-after musician in the Sydney music scene, Maia has gained a solid reputation and an underground following with her raw and captivating live performances, despite having not released much music online. Until Now.

Maia returns to the stage this year with a full band in tow, with her new single “Solid and Human”, a sonically mesmerising fusion of indie-folk and dreamy-ambience, releasing on all platforms on March 19th. Recorded with engineer and co-producer Charlie Tait, it’s the first track of her debut album, which was recorded over 3 days in Coogee Beach, Sydney. Maia Jelavic is be one watch in 2025 as she begins to share with the world what she’s been working on.
