Somnus Quintet
The Somnus Quintet is a Sydney-based chamber group consisting of 5 friends who share a love for music and Japanese culture. We specialise in Japanese film & anime scores, video game soundtracks, and pop music, meeting up weekly to practise and arranging our own music.
Sunset Morioh
Hi everyone we are…Sunset Morioh!!! United by our love of Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure, we are a six piece J-Rock and Anisong band based right here in Sydney. You may know us for our high energy performances that get your blood pumping but this time, take a peek into our softer side with a set filled with heartfelt duets and nostalgic anime openings that’ll take you right back to your childhood. After all, the day only starts when the sun sets.
KiZUNA
KiZUNA are a lively, acoustic trio that is passionate about Japanese music and media! Their members are sister vocalists Angel, Jess, and guitarist-producer Oli from South-West Sydney. Since their debut at SMASH 2022, they have performed in a number of Japanese music-centred events such as JAM FEST Sydney, Gorogoro Isshin, and local festivals such as Bring It On!
For their first time headlining, KiZUNA are excited to join their dear friends from Somnus Quintet and Sunset Morioh at the Camelot Lounge and will be performing mesmerising songs about memories, spring and memories of spring ????Enjoy a relaxing set of music to end the night with their signature covers, from throwback shoujo-slice-of-life anime themes, to JPOP songs that sound way too happy to be about unrequited love. You will laugh into tears and cry from joy as they take you on a journey through some of their favourite pieces of music that have brought them close together!
