Performing Thursday the 26th of July – Monstress will be joined by the smooth hip vocals of Jade Kenji and Melita.
With Halloween around the corner, we will be holding a costume contest: Prizes include respect, applause, a merch item, and maybe a bevvy with the band.

Jade Kenji is a Vietnamese-Australian artist hailing from Sydney’s south west. She leads her music collective QOSMEA as a vocalist and songwriter. With heavy influences from New Jack Swing to Nujabes, her sound is quietly smooth, yet feisty and playful.

Melita sails between R&B/Soul, Funk and Yacht Rock grooves to create a smooth yet cosmic sonic world. Inspired by fusion classics like Steely Dan and current Funk/Soul artists like Parcels, Moonchild and Silk Sonic, her sound is eclectic and nostalgic.
