Nana Koizumi & The Trading Fours

Nana Koizum is at the forefront of Jazz Trumpeter &  Vocalists in Japan. Heavily influenced by Clifford Brown & Lee Morgan, Nana’s breathtaking performances uplift her audiences with her beautiful tone & captivating voice.

The Trading Fours’ unique sound is centred around Callum Eggins’s eclectic bass solos & grooves. A student of Steve Hunter, Callum’s style is heavily influenced by Jaco Pastorius & Hadrien Feruaud.

On sax, we have Aidan Wong whose adventurous, elegant playing is inspired by Coltrane, Parker & Brecker.

On keys is Kai Hong, an accomplished artist  on the Shanghai Jazz scene informed by a classical background with shades of Chick Corea & Bill Evans.

Dorby Xu is an emerging young drummer on the Sydney jazz scene, recognised for his great use of spacing & expression.
