RUMBO at Johnston St. Jazz

Formed in 2022, jazz-funk instrumental group RUMBO has already begun making their mark on the local scene. Their debut single ‘Wild Onion’ crystallises their sound in a 2-minute package – a strong funk foundation with a healthy sprinkling of 60’s psychedelia and avant-jazz improv. The band will be showcasing new material, including samplings from their forthcoming EP.
