The Finalists, The Makos at Link & Pin, Woy Woy

The Finalists are currently working towards their second album following their debut First (2020) and will be previewing some new tracks on the afternoon.

With a sound that draws on the band’s collective music history playing in a number of bands in Sydney, Australia (Charlie Horse, Scarlet, The Wednesday Night, The Gin Palace) and Auckland, NZ (Semi Lemon Kola, Thorazine Shuffle, Shaft), the band are quixotic blend of jangly guitar-based indie rock, with elements of psychedelia, shoegaze and post-punk threading through the music.
