Tierra Roja takes audiences through the sounds of contemporary Flamenco, via Latin-America & explores both the traditions & newfound breadth of Flamenco. Tierra Roja is inspired by; the red earth of the Australian centre, Flamenco music’s connection to country, the prevalence of red in Flamenco culture & of course – gypsies’ connection with the land.
