Trio of Misfortune – “Mediocre Crap” Album Launch

Trio of Misfortune will be launching the vinyl LP “Mediocre Crap” supported by rock covers band Dezert Dogz at The Lady Hampshire Hotel.

Featuring some of Sydney’s finest musicians from multiple genres (jazz, rock, funk, blues, progressive), the Mediocre Crap album celebrates the stay-at-home artist doing what they do for the love of it. Featuring the songwriting of Michael Woods and an impressive 8-piece band including Sydney jazz maestros Tom and Michael Avgenicos with young up and comer Rhys Moore, plus live scene veterans Justin Levis (Cinema Show), Bruce Stephens (Chris Turner band) and Candy Cunningham (Kim Killspeed).

A mighty 8-piece band featuring a horn section delivering original music with funky edge, jazzy thoughts and a searing satirical rock wit.
